About the Collection

Jonathan Murray’s father served as an officer with the Black Watch in the 1950s. Fascinated with the traditions of the regiment, Jonathan decided to collect Scottish regimental militaria with a focus on dirks. He also has added a small collection of sporrans, badges and other regimental devices. The collection comprises many Victorian pieces together with some related articles from South African and English Scottish formed Regiments. The collection is one of its type, unique and comprises rare pieces.. Jonathan is selling the entire collection on one swoop.
